Showcase Publishing participates in American Chamber of Commerce Executives Convention in Saint Louis SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 — Representatives from Showcase Publishing attended the 2005 American Chamber of Commerce Executives Convention in Saint Louis, Missouri. The event served as an educational opportunity for leaders of the nation's chambers of commerce to better serve their member businesses and the communities that support them. Featuring speakers from Harvard University, the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) and the World Bank, the ACCE convention drew leaders from all over the country. Present as exhibiters, Showcase Publishing Managing Director Kelly Fermoyle and Information Systems Director Andrew Matuszak had a chance to meet with participants and talk to them about Showcase Publishing. The ACCE convention offered a series of breakout sessions and prominent speakers including Gary Forsee, Chairman & CEO of Sprint and Andy Taylor, President & CEO of Enterprise Rent-a-Car. The focus of these sessions and events was the important of chamber growth and expansion and the tools for it, ranging from direct mail and policy initiatives to marketing efforts and annual member directories.
